Can I try Luffa before I buy?
Yes. The first 14 days are on us. We want you to try Luffa and see that there is a better way to run meetings and capture your team’s knowledge before it is lost. During the trial period you benefit from 10 meeting hours free of charge, and you can upgrade at any time. Once the trial is over, you have the option to continue with a monthly subscription.

How do inactive accounts affect billing?
You are only billed for members that were active during the last billing period. You are not billed for deactivated accounts, either. You can monitor member activity in your organization settings.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you have already paid for. We don’t offer refunds.
